Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification or other appropriate notice, ScholarOn.com will:

- Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, ScholarOn.com will:
- Notify the Original Claimant: Inform the original claimant that the material will be restored or access re-enabled.
- Restore the Material: Restore the removed material or re-enable access to it after 10 business days if the original claimant does not file a court action to restrain the vendor from engaging in infringing activity related to the material.
Repeat Infringers
ScholarOn.com may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of vendors or users who are repeat infringers.
